Our Delivery Charges

Typically when buying over the Internet, the delivery charges you pay are hidden and confusing. Here at PC Nextday we have a simple pricing structure to make things clear for our customers.

 

Our standard service is next working day delivery, you do not pay a premium for this service from PC Nextday. We also offer a Royal Mail service for selected products. For some areas our courier does not offer a next working day service, therefore your delivery may take 1 - 3 working days. During the checkout process you will be informed of the exact cost and delivery date of your order.

 

The cost and date of delivery can vary for PC Systems and Laptops.  These systems are made to order and lead times can vary according to demand for the system.  Please check the description text for each system for details.  Systems and laptops often cost more to deliver than other items.  We always ensure the total cost is still competitive.  Please check each item for details.

 

Notes
1. Next working day delivery is only available on orders placed before 5.30pm on Monday to Friday.
2. Due to the fragile nature of some products such as Hard Drives, CD Drives, DVD Drives, etc that once packaged these products will be shipped via a parcel service and will therefore fall into the 5 kg and above category.

Prices in brackets are inclusive of VAT. Outlying delivery typically includes offshore addresses such as Isle of Mann, Scottish offshore islands and some mainland UK locations. Unfortunately we do not currently deliver to the Channel Islands.

 

Orders weighing over 15kg

All eligable orders that weigh more than 15kg are subject to an additional 30 pence per kilo charge in addition to the standard delivery charge for the address selected. These charges are only applied to Standard and Outlying Deliveries, they are NOT applied to Royal Mail Deliveries.

For example an order item weighs 12.6kg. To send this to a typical UK postcode would cost £5.99 + VAT. If you ordered 3 of these items, the weight would be 37.8kg and the delivery cost would be only £12.83 + VAT. This is made up of £5.99 (standard delivery for items weighing less than 15kg) plus 22.8 x £0.30 (the number of extra kilo''''s the package weighs multiplied by 30 pence per kilo charge) = £12.83 + VAT.


Royal Mail Delivery
Royal Mail delivery is available on a selected range of products that weigh less than 250 grams, have a value of less than £50 and which when packed, will fit through a standard letterbox. You will be advised if Royal Mail delivery is available for your order during the checkout process.
