How do I get what I buy?
Providing all products are in stock, orders placed by 5.30pm are dispatched on a next working day courier service (except Northern Ireland, which will take 2 days).

What payments do you take?
We take Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, and Maestro cards for all items.

Which browsers work best with this site?
The PC Nextday site is optimised for Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 and Mozilla Firefox 1.0 and above. You may experience some problems using other browsers.

How do I know my transaction is secure?

PC Nextday Limited has taken extensive steps to ensure that any data transmitted by our users cannot be intercepted, viewed, or blocked by unauthorised parties. We also have established policies telling our users how we use and store their information, such as addressing information and credit cards. See our Privacy Statement for further details.

PC Nextday ensures the security of all protected data transmitted to and from our site through the use of a server-based encryption technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). As you enter personal information (such as your password, address and phone number, or your credit card number), SSL encodes it so that it is available only to you and PC Nextday, who will help make sure your purchasing goes smoothly. This security protects you from impostors, eavesdroppers and vandals that might otherwise access your information as it travels from one computer to another. With this security, you can send your credit card number to us without risk of interception. SSL security makes shopping over the Internet safer than shopping by telephone.

Both the Microsoft Internet Explorer and the Netscape Navigator browsers have built-in security mechanisms to prevent users from unwittingly submitting sensitive information over insecure channels. If a user tries to submit information to an unsecured site, these browsers will, by default, show a warning. By contrast, if a user attempts to submit information to a site without a valid Digital ID and SSL connection, no such warning is sent.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can cancel your order before dispatch by e-mailing accounts@pcnextday.co.uk with your order reference number. Orders cancelled by you after dispatch of the goods will be subject to a handling fee which shall cover our reasonable re-stocking and administrative costs.


How much is delivery?

The delivery price varies dependent upon two factors; your location within the UK and the weight of the purchase. You will be advised of the exact delivery charge during the order process before any payment is requested.


What do I do if I cannot find what I want?
If you can''t source a particular product please e-mail sales@pcnextday.co.uk with your specific requirements and we''ll endeavour to find what you need.

I have not received all of my order.
If you receive an incomplete order please e-mail customerservices@pcnextday.co.uk with the order number and details of the incomplete items. We will endeavour to resolve the problem and get back to you within the same working day.

How do I give you some feedback?
We always welcome our customer''s comments. If you have any suggestions or feedback about the site then please e-mail feedback@pcnextday.co.uk.

What is order tracking?
Order Tracking allows you to follow the progress of your order until it reaches you. Tracking will tell you if your product is on order, in despatch or with the courier.

When will my order arrive?
All items that are in stock and ordered before 5.30pm on any working day will be dispatched on the same day. The majority of orders will be delivered next working day, with the exception of certain areas of the UK where 2 or 3 working days may be required for delivery. Items ordered at the weekend or on a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next available working day. You will be advised of the exact delivery date during the order process before any payment is requested.

Our working days are Monday to Friday, with the exception of Bank Holidays in England and Wales. Unfortunately we do not delivery at weekends.

For items which are ordered and are currently out of stock, we will endeavour to provide you with an accurate date for delivery. If for any reason this date changes, you will be informed immediately via e-mail of any alterations.

Goods are delivered by courier and will need to be signed for upon delivery.



What happens if my order does not arrive?
If your order does not arrive by 5.30pm on the expected day of receipt please e-mail customer services at customerservices@pcnextday.co.uk and they will endeavour to locate your goods.
