Payment | ||

As this is a UK site only we will only accept orders from UK residents for UK delivery (we cannot deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Eire and BFPO addresses) and which are paid for by using either a UK credit card or a UK debit card. When completing your order you must provide us with the exact same address and telephone number that your credit bank has on file for you. We will only begin to process your order once the transaction on your credit/debit card been properly authorised by your bank. | ||

Availability of Goods | ||

Goods are subject to availability. As we offer an extensive range of goods these are subject to manufacturer''s stock availability and delivery dates made by the manufacturer''s own delivery dates. We will make every effort to delivery goods within the estimated timescale. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods to you we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given to you. | ||

Description of Goods | ||

The price for goods on our website are quoted both exclusive and inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be charged on all quoted ex VAT prices (including carriage) at a rate of 17.5%. The price you pay is the price displayed on our website at the time we receive your order. We will try and ensure that at all times prices on our website are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods ordered by you we will advise you as soon as possible and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. Should you cancel you will receive a full refund. | ||

Delivery | ||
|
We will make every effort to deliver goods on the delivery date. However delays will occasionally occur. We shall not be liable for any damage or loss (including consequential loss) occasioned to you or to any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure on our behalf to meet any estimated delivery date. Unless otherwise agreed we may deliver by instalments and any delay, default or non-delivery in respect of any instalment will not entitle you to cancel the remainder of your agreement with us. Should you fail to pay for any instalment or delivery when due you hereby authorise us to withhold further deliveries to you and you shall also be liable for any costs incurred by the supplier relating to such goods which the supplier has had to withhold. We will only deliver the goods to the address stated and you should make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery. | ||

Cancellation of Orders | ||
|
Orders cancelled by you after dispatch of the goods will be subject to a handling fee which shall cover our reasonable re-stocking and administrative costs. We cannot accept the return of any software where the shrinkwrap/seal has been broken or consumable items such as ink cartridges or paper. In these instances you will need to contact the manufacturer directly. |
